Who Can Play
You must be at least 18 years old to open a PRABHU365 account. You are responsible for making sure online gaming is permitted where you live and play, and for meeting any local legal or tax obligations.
Only one account is allowed per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings linked to them cancelled.
Your Account and Verification
Your registration details must be accurate and match your identity documents. We will ask for proof of identity, and in some cases proof of address, before processing a withdrawal.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for any activity on your account unless you have told us it has been compromised.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Accounts are held in NPR. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts and the payment options available to you are displayed in the Cashier, and may change over time.
Withdrawals are normally returned via the method used to deposit where possible. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we complete security, anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering checks.
Bonuses and Promotions
Every promotion has its own terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry dates. These specific terms apply in addition to these general terms.
We may withdraw a bonus and related winnings if we find evidence of bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts or coordinated betting designed to guarantee profit.
Betting and Game Rules
A bet is confirmed once it appears in your bet history. Sports bets are settled according to the official result and our sportsbook rules, which cover situations such as abandoned or rain-affected cricket matches.
In the event of an obvious error in odds or a game malfunction, affected bets or rounds may be voided. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Closing an Account and Changes to These Terms
You can close your account at any time through support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with any legitimate remaining balance returned after checks.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.
